By ticking the box "I accept the User Agreement and consent to the processing of my personal data" when registering or signing in (or by clicking a button with the same meaning), I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give my consent to Yashil Inno LLC (TIN (INN) 310143710, address: 11 Islam Karimov Street, Bekhishtiyon MCG, Bukhara, Bukhara Region, Uzbekistan; the "Operator") to process my personal data on the following terms.
1. What data
I consent to the processing of the following data:
- phone number, name (full name), profile photo;
- Telegram ID and username (when signing in via Telegram);
- individual profile data: date of birth, passport details (if I provide them), address, email;
- company profile data: name, TIN (INN), full name and phone number of the head of the company, addresses;
- information about plots, including their coordinates, and about products, Listings, Requests, messages, reviews and complaints;
- information about the Plan and payments;
- contact reveal logs;
- technical data: IP address, device and app information;
- other data listed in the Privacy Policy.
2. Purposes
The data is processed for the following purposes:
- registration and sign-in;
- operation of the services of the Agroimkon ecosystem (agroimkon.uz, app.agroimkon.uz with the Telegram Mini App and mobile apps, shop.agroimkon.uz, the bot @agroimkon_bot);
- verification of profiles and Listings, finding partners and concluding deals between users;
- invoicing and recording payments;
- security and protection against fraud and data harvesting;
- support and notifications;
- anonymised statistics;
- compliance with legal requirements.
3. Actions with the data
Collection, systematisation, storage, modification, supplementation, use, provision, dissemination in the cases specified below, transfer (including cross-border transfer), anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is carried out both with and without the use of automation tools.
4. Display of my data to other users
I agree that:
- the public part of my profile and my Listings are visible to other users of the Platform;
- information about verified plots and products, without my name, phone number or exact coordinates, may be published on the agroimkon.uz website and in the Telegram bot;
- my contact details (name or company name, phone number, and Telegram if I have allowed it to be shown) may be shown to other participants of the Platform under the contact reveal rules described in the User Agreement and in accordance with the contact display settings I have chosen.
5. Transfer to third parties and abroad
I agree to the transfer of data to the services that support the operation of the Platform:
- the SMS gateway (Eskiz);
- Telegram, if I use Telegram sign-in, the bot or the Mini App;
- map services (OpenStreetMap, Yandex Maps);
- the push notification service (Firebase Cloud Messaging), if I enable notifications in the mobile app;
- payment services, if I pay through them;
- the hosting provider.
In particular, I agree to the cross-border transfer of data to services that process it outside the Republic of Uzbekistan, to the extent specified in the Privacy Policy.
6. Term and withdrawal
6.1. This consent is valid until my Account is deleted or until I withdraw it.
6.2. I may withdraw my consent:
- by deleting my Account in the app;
- by sending a request to the Operator: info@agroimkon.uz, +998 98 999 96 64.
After consent is withdrawn, the Account is deleted. Data that the Operator is required by law to keep is retained for the established period.
7. Confirmations
I confirm that:
- I am at least 18 years old;
- the information I provide is accurate;
- I have read the Privacy Policy, including my rights as a personal data subject and how to exercise them;
- if I provide personal data of other persons (for example, the head of a company), I have a legal basis for transferring it to the Operator.
The Operator keeps a record of my consent: the document version, date and time, and IP address.
