These Rules apply to listings on the shop.agroimkon.uz board ("Agroimkon Eʼlonlar") and to offers, products, routes, storage facilities, services and demand on the app.agroimkon.uz platform (together, "Listings"). The Rules form part of the User Agreement.
1. General requirements
1.1. A Listing is posted by the owner of the goods or service, or by a person entitled to offer them.
1.2. One Listing covers one product, batch or service. Posting the same Listing more than once (duplicates) is prohibited.
1.3. The information must be accurate and up to date: name, category, quantity, price, region, timing. If the goods have been sold or the service is unavailable, the Listing must be removed or updated.
1.4. The price is stated per unit (kg, tonne, piece, trip, etc.) in UZS (soʻm) or US dollars. "Price negotiable" is allowed. A deliberately understated bait price is prohibited.
1.5. Photos must relate to the goods or service. Use your own photos or photos you hold the rights to. Other parties' watermarks, misleading collages and images unrelated to the goods are prohibited.
1.6. On the app.agroimkon.uz platform, contacts are shown only through Requests and the "Show contact" button. Do not include phone numbers, links, usernames or email addresses in the text or photos of Listings. Such data is hidden, or the Listing is rejected. On the shop.agroimkon.uz board, contacts are entered in dedicated fields.
1.7. For goods whose circulation requires documents, the seller must have these documents and present them to the buyer and the Operator on request. Examples include:
- a phytosanitary certificate or quarantine permit;
- a veterinary certificate;
- a certificate of conformity;
- documents on the varietal and sowing qualities of seeds.
2. Items that may not be posted
- weapons, ammunition, explosives and pyrotechnics;
- narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors, and plants and seeds that contain them;
- potent and poisonous substances;
- pesticides and agrochemicals that have not passed state registration in the Republic of Uzbekistan, and those that have expired or are in unlabelled containers;
- medicines and veterinary drugs, if their sale requires a licence that the seller does not have;
- alcohol and tobacco products;
- products from quarantine zones and quarantine-regulated products without phytosanitary control documents;
- animals, products of animal origin and feed without veterinary documents, where such documents are required;
- plant and animal species listed in the Red Book of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and items whose trade is restricted by international conventions, without permits;
- stolen goods, counterfeit goods, goods with fake labelling;
- documents, identity cards, seals, personal data databases;
- financial pyramids, "quick money" schemes, gambling;
- services and goods whose circulation is prohibited or requires a licence, if there is no licence;
- any other goods and services prohibited by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. Prohibited content
- false information about the origin, quality, quantity, certificates or availability of goods;
- advertising unrelated to the goods, and links to third-party platforms;
- insults, discrimination, obscene material, calls for violence;
- unfair advertising and comparisons with competitors that violate advertising law;
- personal data of other persons without their consent.
4. Moderation
4.1. Listings are checked automatically and by Operator staff, before or after publication.
4.2. A Listing may be rejected, unpublished or blocked if it violates the Rules. The reason is shown in the "My listings" section. A rejected Listing can be corrected and resubmitted.
4.3. Listings marked "Example" are for demonstration only. They show what a section may look like and are not real offers.
4.4. The "Verified company" badge and plot verification are granted only following moderation.
5. Complaints
5.1. You can complain about a Listing, Profile or Request using the "Report" button. State the reason: fraud, inaccurate information, prohibited goods, spam, insults, etc.
5.2. The Operator reviews complaints in the order received. Based on the outcome, it may hide the Listing, or restrict or block the Profile or Account.

6. Consequences of violations
Depending on the severity of the violation and whether it is repeated:
- a warning;
- rejection or removal of the Listing;
- restriction of features (for example, contact reveals);
- temporary or permanent blocking of the Account.
If a violation shows signs of an offence, the Operator may report it to the authorised bodies.
